Paver restoration

We use specialized solutions and techniques to effectively remove contaminants and restore the appearance of your Pavers. We use a pressure washer to remove stubborn dirt and stains. We then apply a specially formulated cleaning solution to break down any remaining buildup and thoroughly rinse the surface. 

Our Paver joint sand installation process consists of ensuring the area is completely dry before installing Joint sand. We then use a broom to sweep the sand into the joints followed by using a blower to remove any excess sand on the surface.

Our Paver Sealing process consists of inspecting the area to ensure it is ready for sealant. We then do a test spot in any area to verify conditions. We apply sealant with a sprayer and if needed foam rollers. After the sealant is applied we come back in 24-48 hrs to remove caution tape and do our final inspection.

We highly recommend combining all three of these paver restoration services to optimize and extend the life of your pavers. When these services are combined, it's a 3-day process. Day one consists of throughly cleaning the pavers. The following day, when pavers are completely dry, we re-sand the joints of your pavers using polymeric sand. On the final day, we apply a high-quality sealer to the pavers. You cannot walk on or use the area for 24-48 hours. This is a weather permitting service. Sanding and sealing can only be preformed when the area is completely dry.
